Marlon Allison has extensive experience in operations and business development within the specialty tools and process technologies industries. Currently serving as a Business Development Associate at Johnson Specialty Tools since February 2023, Marlon previously held the role of VP Operations at Flow Process Technologies, Inc. from January 2002 to May 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations, health and safety requirements, training, scheduling, and personnel management. Additionally, Marlon served as VP Operations at Bauer Ent. from 1994 to 2001. Marlon is educated at Texas A&M University Fire Academy as an Arson Investigator and OSHA Accident Investigator.
