Waleed Cope has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Waleed is currently working as an Editor at Wash Weekly since November 2022. Prior to this, Waleed was the Co-Founder & CEO of The Soap Box, a Brooklyn-based firm offering premium garment and sneaker care services. Waleed founded this company in September 2015 and is responsible for its overall management.

Before starting The Soap Box, Waleed served as the Chief of Staff at Johnson Security Bureau, Inc. since July 2010. Johnson Security is a reputable company providing professional security, transport, patrol, and protective services for nearly sixty years. Waleed was instrumental in supporting the operations of the company.

In addition to their entrepreneurial ventures and security management role, Waleed has also worked at TrackTik as a Product Manager and Business Development professional, contributing to the development and growth of an agile operation management software designed for the security industry.
