James Maloney, PE, serves as Senior Vice President and Regional Manager at Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, where responsibilities include overseeing JMT's multi-disciplinary infrastructure consulting practice across Pennsylvania and Ohio, managing over 400 professional staff. Maloney has held various leadership roles at JMT, including Eastern Pennsylvania Area Manager and Deputy Chief Marketing Officer, contributing to operations, growth, and strategic business development throughout the Northeastern and Midwestern United States. Prior experience includes serving as Transportation Division Manager at Pickering, Corts & Summerson, Inc. and Lead Civil/Highway Engineer at Parsons Brinckerhoff. Maloney holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, both from Drexel University.
