Donald Krempel, Ph.D. M.P.M., serves as Senior Vice President of Facilities Engineering at JMT, where responsibilities have included leadership roles since 2004. Prior to this, Donald held the position of Executive Director of Facilities at Baltimore County Public Schools from 1998 to 2004, managing six divisions and overseeing significant capital and operating budgets. Between 1990 and 1998, Donald was General Manager of Facility Operations at the Maryland Port Administration, directing operations for multiple terminals and building structures. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief of Construction Operations for the Interstate Division for Baltimore City from 1976 to 1989, managing a substantial federal transportation program. Donald earned a BS/MS in Engineering/Business from The Johns Hopkins University from 1984 to 1993.
