Rick Kester has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with their most recent position being the Chief Operating Officer at Johnson Memorial Hospital since December 2019. In 2016-2017, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Western Governors University.
