Tailun Li has a rich and diverse work experience spanning over several companies. They started their career in 2000 as a Senior Tooling Engineer at Soligen, where they focused on sand casting tool design, rapid prototyping, and CAD 3D modeling. In 2005, they joined Honeywell as a Design Engineer, specializing in heat exchanger and turbocharger design in automotive applications. They then moved on to Ormco - A Danaher Company in 2007, taking on the role of R&D - Product Development Engineer. During their time there, they successfully developed assembly processes for orthodontic brackets, established production lines in Mexicali, Mexico, and demonstrated expertise in assembly process development, fixture design, and project management. Finally, in 2011, they joined Johnson Medtech as a Process Engineering Manager. Their work experience showcases their expertise in process engineering, along with their ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
Tailun Li attended UCLA from 1995 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Tailun then continued their education at UCLA from 1997 to 1998 and earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
