Janet Evans currently serves as the Global Procurement IT Category Lead at Johnson Matthey, a position held since February 2021, following a role as Global IT Procurement Manager. Prior to this, Janet worked at Transport for London from September 2015 to February 2021, initially as Technology and Data Commercial Manager and previously as Category Manager and Assistant Commercial Manager. Earlier experience includes a tenure at MBDA from 2006 to 2012 as Senior Commercial Officer and Advanced Commercial Apprentice. Janet Evans holds a Business Studies BA Hons degree from the University of Hertfordshire and has furthered professional knowledge through education at the Chartered Institute of Purchasing Supply from 2010 to 2012.
