Amit Kumar Gargava has over 15 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as Manager HR and IR at Johnson Lifts & Escalators since January 2018, where a generalist role is fulfilled. Prior to this position, Amit worked as Assistant Manager HR at Larsen & Toubro Limited from January 2008 to January 2018. Amit holds a Master in Personnel Management with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University, completed in June 2004.
