Rose-Ann Blenman-Abange, Ph.D, CPM, is a seasoned expert in operational and portfolio planning, currently serving as the Senior Director and Global Head of Operational & Portfolio Planning at Johnson & Johnson since April 2021. With extensive experience in strategy, project management, data analytics, and financial planning, Rose-Ann has demonstrated leadership in various roles, including previous positions at Johnson & Johnson focused on lung cancer early detection and biomarker strategy. In addition to a significant role at RoseCeutics LLC as an advisor and principal, Rose-Ann has a solid foundation in oncology from tenure at Merck, where responsibilities included managing oncology biomarkers and project execution. Rose-Ann holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the Mayo Clinic Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences and a B.S. in Physics from Dillard University.
