Mandy Zhong is an experienced quality operations leader currently serving as Vice President of Quality Operations at Johnson & Johnson since May 2020. Prior to this role, Mandy held the position of Director of Quality at Arch Medical Solutions Philadelphia from May 2018 to April 2020. Previous experience includes serving as Quality Engineering Manager at Zimmer Biomet from 2015 to 2018, Senior Quality Engineer at LANX from 2013 to 2015, and Associate Quality Engineer as well as Quality Engineering Intern at NuVasive from 2008 to 2013. Mandy holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Master of Engineering in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
