Diala Temraz Ayad currently serves as the Head of HR GS EMEA at Johnson & Johnson, a position held since January 2023, after previously leading HR for Medical Devices Emerging Markets from January 2017 to March 2020. Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Diala worked at Deloitte as a Senior Manager in HR ME Consulting, focusing on talent management and HR strategy from February 2012 to December 2016. Diala's earlier experience includes a role as Human Capital Specialist at Chalhoub Group, where efforts were directed towards career development and talent mobility, and significant HR responsibilities at Banque Libano-Française, encompassing career management and operational HR functions. Diala holds multiple degrees from Saint Joseph University of Beirut, including a DESS in Human Resources, a Master’s in Public Relations, and a Bachelor's in Sociology.
