Peter Chen is a highly experienced professional in the tooling engineering field, currently serving as a Senior Lead Tooling Engineer at Johnson Electric since April 2018. Peter has a strong background in managing tooling design for motor lamination and insert molding, leading quotation processes, and coordinating technical discussions with overseas teams. Peter has held various engineering management roles, including Engineering Manager at ZhongShen JiaNeng Metal Components and Senior Tooling Engineer at PCH, where responsibilities ranged from ISO procedure development to supplier qualification. With a foundational career beginning as a Tooling Designer and Heat Treatment Operator, Peter holds an Associate's degree in Tooling Design & Manufacture from South China Technological University.
