Olivia Groce is an experienced asset management and development analyst currently working with Johnson Development Associates, Inc. since February 2020, initially as a Development Analyst Intern and progressing to roles in both the Self-Storage and Land divisions. Prior experience includes a summer teller position at Southern First Bank, an interim internship with Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System focusing on strategic and business management, a summer volunteer role at Greenville Health System, and serving as the Executive Social Chair for Kappa Delta Sorority. Olivia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Spanish from Wofford College, obtained in 2020.
