Rachel Lierz is the AVP, Chief Financial Officer at Johnson County Community College. Rachel has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting.

Rachel began their career at Deloitte in December 1995 as an Audit. Rachel then moved to Rockhurst University in June 2002, where they became the Controller. Rachel remained in this position for over 12 years, until they joined Johnson County Community College in January 2015.

Rachel Lierz has a MBA from Rockhurst University and a BS in Accounting from Missouri State University.

They are on a team with Kelsey Nazar - Senior Legal Counsel, Mickey McCloud - EVP, Academic Affairs & Chief Academic Officer, and Mike Neal - EVP, COO. Their manager is Andrew W. Bowne, President.
