Kate Allen is the Vice President of College Advancement & Government Affairs at Johnson County Community College. Kate has held this position since September 2010. Prior to their current role, Kate was the Executive Director of the Blue Valley Educational Foundation from September 2005 to September 2010. Before their time at the Blue Valley Educational Foundation, Kate was the Planned Giving Manager at Children's Mercy Hospital from March 2003 to September 2005. Throughout their career, Kate has been committed to their work and has demonstrated their dedication to improving the lives of others.

Kate Allen has a JD from the University of Kansas School of Law, an MBA from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
