Rebecca Lu is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the APAC region. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Director for Johnson Controls, Rebecca has also excelled as the Head of Talent Acquisition for the Greater China Region, winning the APAC President's Award in 2023. Rebecca co-founded Partner One Consulting Limited and has held significant roles at Hudson, where achievements include winning the APAC Best People Leader Award and recognition as a top performer. Earlier in career at Robert Walters, Rebecca was awarded the title of China Top Biller. Educationally, Rebecca holds a postgraduate degree in Corporate Coaching and Leadership Development from The University of Hong Kong and completed an exchange program in Leadership Coaching at The University of British Columbia.
