Nicole Madison is a seasoned professional in user experience design with extensive experience at Johnson Controls since 2011, progressing to Senior Manager of Global Experience Design. Prior roles at Johnson Controls include User Experience Manager, Principal UX Design Lead, and Senior UX Designer. Prior to this, Nicole served as a Senior User Experience Designer at Northern Ground and worked as a Contract User Experience Designer at Johnson Controls. Nicole began the career as Creative Director at Primum Agency from 2007 to 2011. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in User Experience Design from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
