Mike Zummo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in user experience design, strategy, and leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as Principal UX Lead for Metasys at Johnson Controls, Zummo drives experience strategy and design throughout the building lifecycle, leading workshops and creating a cohesive design language system. With a foundation in UX strategy gained from previous roles at ABB and Johnson Controls, Zummo has contributed to numerous innovations, resulting in multiple patent submissions and awards. Beyond technology, Zummo is an accomplished author and the owner of Zummo Books, LLC, recognized for award-winning science fiction works. As the founder of Frozen Soul Games, Zummo focuses on immersive game design and storytelling. Educationally, Zummo holds a BS in computer science and communications from Carroll University.
