Eddie Andreo, MBA, serves as the Senior Learning Experience Designer for Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations at Johnson Controls since June 2022, overseeing the design and implementation of training programs. With extensive experience in higher education, Eddie has been a Nationally Certified Facilitator for QM Quality Matters since August 2014, delivering professional development workshops globally. Eddie has also been an Adjunct Business Faculty Member at Butler Community College since August 2005, teaching courses in Small Business Management, Entrepreneurship, and Business Ethics, and previously instructed Business Mathematics and Educational Technology at Cowley College from September 2008 to December 2022. Notably, Eddie held the position of Associate Vice President for Distance Learning at Cowley College, leading instructional design and online campus initiatives. Eddie earned an MBA from Baker University and a Bachelor of Science from Newman University.
