Shian Tan has extensive experience in marketing and channel management across multiple companies. Currently serving as Regional Manager for Marketing SEAP at Johnson Controls – Hitachi Air Conditioning since October 2017, Shian Tan defines and implements marketing strategies for the region, collaborating closely with sales and creative teams. In addition, Shian Tan has been with Johnson Controls since February 2012 as Regional Manager of Channel Management Asia, focusing on strategic planning and support for the Asia Pacific channel business. Prior experience includes roles at Schneider Electric, where responsibilities included leading distribution sales and quality management, alongside contributions to Samsung Electronics and Samsung Asia in customer service and operational roles. Shian Tan holds two Bachelor's degrees in Economics from the National University of Malaysia and Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, supplemented by foundational education at Tsung Wah High School.
