Jill Winiger, Ed.D. possesses extensive experience in the field of education, currently serving as a CTE Career Coach for K-12 students at Johnson City Schools in Tennessee since July 2006. Jill has also held the position of Elementary and Middle School ESL Teacher at the same institution. In addition, Jill contributed as an Adjunct Professor at Milligan College, teaching Cultural Diversity in Education from May 2018 to July 2019, and participated on the STEAM Module Development Team at Johnson City Schools earlier in 2018. Prior to these roles, Jill worked as an Educational Program Consultant II at the Louisiana Department of Education between October 2004 and July 2006. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from East Tennessee State University, a Master’s Degree in Secondary Education and ESL from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, a Master’s Degree in Church Ministries/Missiology from Pentecostal Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Spanish from King University.
