Cliff Powers has a diverse work experience starting in 2005 as a Door & Window Installer at Riojas Installation. In 2011, they transitioned to Johnson Bros. Bakery Supply Inc, where they initially worked as a Warehouse Associate until 2015. During this time, they gained expertise in inventory control and was responsible for leading quarterly inventory checks and investigating issues such as missing pick locations and shortages. In October 2020, they were promoted to the role of Warehouse Operations Supervisor at the same company.

Cliff Powers completed their Associate's degree in Biblical Studies with a focus on Youth Ministry at Christ for the Nations from 2004 to 2005.
