Jose Gutierrez currently serves as the General Operations Manager at Reconstruction Experts, Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing Superintendent functions and guiding the development of Project Managers, in addition to providing oversight with MOA. Prior to this role, Jose was a Senior Project Manager at Sasser Restoration for a brief period and served as General Superintendent at Reconstruction Experts, Inc. from February 2015 to February 2023. Jose's educational background includes attendance at Fullerton College from December 2000 to June 2022.
