Neil Moores is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in managing technology services within various organizations. Currently serving as IT Operating Director and Senior IT Manager at The Johns Hopkins University since August 2013, Neil oversees IT Executive Support teams across multiple campuses and is dedicated to delivering seamless service to customers. Prior to this role, Neil held the position of Chief of Information Technology at the Baltimore City Department of Public Works and served as Information Technology Director for the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. Earlier in their career, Neil worked as a Network Administrator at the State's Attorney's Office in Baltimore City. Neil holds a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Loyola University of Baltimore.
