Justin Allen has a diverse background in customer service and technical roles. Currently serving as a Customer Service Specialist at Johnny Clean Car Wash since October 2022, Justin excels in conveying the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club while ensuring customer inquiries are addressed professionally. Previously, as a Customer Concierge at Killeen Auto Group, Justin managed vehicle maintenance logistics and assisted in training new hires on various operational protocols. Experience as a Builder at Tim's Construction involved construction tasks based on detailed blueprints, while earlier roles as a Material Handler at Workrise and an Electronic Technician III at PULAU Corporation highlighted skills in logistics and technical maintenance support. Justin completed education at South University from 2012 to 2015.
