Andy Pfeifer's work experience includes serving as the Division President Nashville at Smith Douglas Homes since September 2016. Prior to that, they were the President at John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods starting from May 2014. Andy was also the Division President at Lennar from May 2013. Previously, they held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at PulteGroup from January 2004 to April 2013.

Andy Pfeifer obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, from 1988 to 1992.
