Teresa Hencke has a strong background in finance and controllership roles. Teresa started their career in 1989 at Kerry Ingredients as a Divisional Operations Controller, where they worked until 2001. Following this, they joined Kasco Corporation as a Controller, where they stayed for 17 years until 2018. In 2018, they transitioned to Volpi Foods as a Controller and then advanced to Finance Director & Controller in October 2021.

From 1985 to 1989, Teresa Hencke attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting.
