Jean Stevens has a strong background in sales and business development. Jean is currently working as the Director of Sales at Volpi Foods since December 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of National Accounts Manager at the same company starting from May 2019. Jean also worked as the Director of Sales Central at Primizie Crispbreads from July 2017 to April 2019. Before that, they served as the Director of Business Development at Les Trois Petits Cochons from April 2016 to July 2017. Jean's experience also includes working as the Business Development Manager and Sales Manager at John Volpi and Company, Inc from February 2011 to March 2016. Jean started their career at Ambriola in September 2006 as a Sales professional for three years. Jean's early experience includes working as the Director of Perishables at C.A. Fortune from 1997 to 2003.
Jean Stevens obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing and Business Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied from 1980 to 1984. In addition to their undergraduate education, they have received several certifications. In 2009, they obtained the SQF 2000 level 3 - Practitioner certification from the SQF Institute. In 2015, they completed the Skill Development Boot Camp at The Culinary Institute of America. Most recently, in November 2020, they obtained a Women in Leadership Certificate from Cornell University.
