Dave Toole began their work experience in 1994, holding various construction supervision and engineering roles in different companies. In 2006, they joined John Sisk & Son Ltd as a Project Manager, later transitioning to a Senior Project Manager/Bid Management role. In this position, they were responsible for pre-construction project management, bid coordination, and interface management on projects such as Crossrail, Dublin Light Rail System, and various infrastructure projects.
