Shannon Marsh is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the industry. Currently serving as Regional Sales Director and Senior Manager at John Shepherd Sales & Lettings, Shannon oversees the Solihull and Shirley branches since November 2017. Previously, as Branch Manager at Burchell Edwards from November 2015 to November 2017, Shannon achieved significant milestones, including being promoted to Residential Sales Manager for outstanding performance. Shannon began a career at Bairstow Eves in July 2013, progressing from a trainee negotiator to Branch Manager in just over two years, demonstrating a strong aptitude for sales and management. Education was completed at Studley High School from 2007 to 2011.
