Jeff McKean is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over two decades, currently serving as the IT Systems Manager at JPS Health Network since July 2013. In this role, Jeff supervises and mentors IT team members to enhance their technical skills while overseeing the IT infrastructure supporting comprehensive healthcare services across more than 25 community locations. Previously, Jeff held the position of Microsoft Platform Manager at GM Financial, where responsibilities included optimizing a global Microsoft server environment. Earlier experience at JPS Health Network involved roles as System Administrator and Desktop Team Lead, focusing on IT infrastructure design and comprehensive support. Jeff holds an MCSE in Networking from Southern Methodist University.
