Andrew Chilicki is a seasoned professional in compensation and benefits management, currently serving as the Manager of Compensation and Benefits at JPS Health Network since May 2023. In this role, Andrew directs the administration of various compensation, health, and retirement plans, alongside leading compensation strategy initiatives. Prior to this position, Andrew spent over a decade at Cook Children's Health Care System, where responsibilities included managing retirement plans, serving as a Total Rewards Analyst, and functioning as a Benefits Analyst and Recruiter II. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Tarleton State University.
