Therese Sakr is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over a decade in various roles within people management and human resources. Currently serving as Senior People Manager in the Corporate division at John Holland since April 2017, Therese has previously held positions including Group Manager of People Services and HR Manager at the same company. Prior experiences include HR Talent & Program Manager, HR Business Partner, and Human Resources Advisor at Coates Hire from May 2011 to April 2017, along with a role as Recruitment & Talent Administrator at WHR Solutions. Therese began the professional journey as an Administration & Payroll Assistant at Haines Brothers in a casual position. Academically, Therese holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce degree with a focus on Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Western Sydney University, completed between 2008 and 2012.
