Tawanna Mitchell has extensive experience in client relations and intake management, currently serving as an Intake Specialist at John Foy & Associates since November 2017, where Tawanna began as an Intake Supervisor and was promoted to department supervisor in 2021. Prior to this role, Tawanna worked at 1st Global Capital from December 2016 to October 2017 as a Renewal Specialist, acting as the first line of contact with merchants and clients, conducting introductory calls, and sending welcome letters. Tawanna also held a similar position as a Renewal Specialist at CAN Capital from July 2014 to December 2016.
