Brad Baumgardner is an experienced organizational and leadership development professional currently serving as a Personnel Psychologist at Madigan Army Medical Center since December 2018. As the Co-Owner and Mental Performance Specialist at Mental Component since February 2011, Brad works with athletes and business professionals to enhance performance through sport and performance psychology techniques. Additionally, Brad is an Adjunct Faculty and Intern Supervisor at John F. Kennedy University since August 2015, guiding graduate-level sport psychology interns. Previously, as a Performance Expert with R2- U.S. Army from November 2012 to December 2018, Brad dedicated over 3000 hours to assist more than 8000 soldiers in improving their resilience and performance. Brad also has a background in operations, having led a team at Wells Fargo between July 2006 and July 2010. Educationally, Brad holds a Master’s degree in Sport Psychology from John F. Kennedy University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Azusa Pacific University.
