Jayma Sandquist has over two decades of experience in notable leadership roles, currently serving as Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President for US and Canada at John Deere Financial since January 2002. Prior to this, Jayma held the position of Chief Product Officer and Vice President of Sales & Marketing for the same organization. Experience also includes a consulting role at Genesis from March 2001 to December 2001 and various leadership roles at Principal Financial Group from June 1990 to December 2000. Jayma Sandquist earned a Bachelor of Science in Education with a focus on Mathematics and Computer Science from Northwest Missouri State University between 1986 and 1990.
