Laura Fletcher has extensive experience in operations and recruitment, currently serving as a Business Recruitment Partner at John D Wood & Co. since July 2014. Throughout their tenure at the company, Laura has held several key roles, including Senior Operations Manager, Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, Operations Support Manager, Head of Regional Administration, Office Manager, and Sales Administrator. Prior to this, Laura worked as a Sales Administrator at Rymer Irens from January 2013 to July 2014. Laura holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood and Psychology from Oxford Brookes University, where studies took place from 2006 to 2009, and completed education at Caterham School.
