Dorrin Safavi, an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Assoc CIPD), has extensive experience in compensation analysis and organizational development, currently serving as a Compensation Analyst at John Crane since November 2019. Dorrin's responsibilities include supporting the annual salary review and bonus allocation processes, developing global reward policies, and providing support for HR initiatives. Previously at MTN Irancell from April 2009 to August 2019, Dorrin held several managerial roles, including Senior Manager for Leadership & People Analytics and Organization Development, where strategic performance management, talent management frameworks, and organizational change initiatives were key focuses, contributing significantly to employee engagement and satisfaction. Dorrin holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Industrial Management from the University of Tehran and Islamic Azad University, respectively.
