Maria Carolina V. Dominguez has extensive experience in the field of trade finance and global banking. Maria Carolina V. started their career at Citibank, where they held various roles such as Management Trainee, Summer Associate, Manager, and Vice President. During their time at Citibank, they successfully built and managed trade finance relationships, developed marketing strategies, and generated significant revenues for the company.
In 2002, they became the President and CEO of John Clements Consultants, Inc., where they led the company in becoming a prominent recruitment and human resources services firm in the Philippines. Under their leadership, the company became a preferred choice for BPO-related HR services.

Maria Carolina V. Dominguez has a diverse education history. In 1980 to 1984, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines. In 2021, they participated in the Competing in the Age of AI program at Harvard Business School. Currently, Maria Carolina V.
