Joao Baptista Dos Santos is an experienced procurement and purchasing professional with a robust background in supply chain management and engineering. Currently serving as Procurement Manager at Johanna Foods, Inc. since June 2016, Joao has successfully created and implemented national purchasing policies aimed at streamlining processes and reducing costs for 22 plants across the country. Prior to this, Joao held key positions, including Purchasing Manager at Mauser USA Corp and Gerdau Long Steel North America, where responsibility included raw material procurement and contract negotiations. Joao's extensive experience is supported by an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
