Jollyn Mwisongo serves as the President & CEO of Joesta Construction, LLC since October 2021 and has held the position of President & CEO at ACARI Management Group, Inc. since 2009. With extensive experience in program management, Jollyn Mwisongo also functions as the M/WBE and Outreach Manager for Dallas Independent School District, a role maintained since 2009. Prior to these positions, Jollyn Mwisongo was the HUB Program Manager for Fort Worth Independent School District from 2007 to 2020. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Law, both obtained from Bangalore University.
