Sharon Stern is a Partner at Joele Frank, Wilkinson Brimmer Katcher, a strategic communications firm focused on investor and financial public relations, transactions, and corporate crises since August 2000. In this role, Sharon provides counsel to CEOs and senior executives navigating high-profile special situations such as mergers and acquisitions, proxy contests, spin-offs, initial public offerings, restructurings, management changes, litigation, and regulatory actions. Prior to this, Sharon served in External Affairs for the East Asia and Pacific Region at the World Bank Group from February 1999 to July 2000. Sharon holds degrees from New York University and The George Washington University and is a graduate of Scarsdale High School.
