Polly Crisson, PHR, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and payroll management. Currently serving as the Payroll and Benefits Manager at Joe Gibbs Racing since 2014, Polly has developed a strong expertise in managing employee benefits and payroll processes. From July 2006 to November 2014, Polly contributed to the human resources team at Roush Fenway Racing, where valuable skills were honed. Polly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Belmont Abbey College.
