Oytun Kiricioglu has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing industry. Oytun is currently working as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Joby Aviation since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Manufacturing Unit Manager (Machining) at FNSS Savunma Sistemleri A.Ş. from July 2018 to February 2023. Oytun'sresponsibilities included designing manufacturing processes, leading NPI activities, performing cost reduction studies, and carrying out machine investment studies. Before that, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Alp Havacılık from September 2006 to March 2010, where they were responsible for creating solid models of aerospace parts and preparing NC programs for various customers. Oytun also gained experience as a Process Engineer at Can Conta Kalıp Sanayi from May 2005 to August 2006 and as a Manufacturing Engineer at Toprak Demirdöküm from November 2003 to May 2005.

Oytun Kiricioglu's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pamukkale Üniversitesi (PAÜ), which they obtained between 1998 and 2002. In 2021, they started pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a field of study in Executive MBA (EMBA) at Bilkent University, which is expected to be completed by 2023.

Additionally, Oytun Kiricioglu has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2023, they completed the Michigan Ross School of Business Executive Education program from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. In 2022, they obtained certifications in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing for Quality, Inspection and Reporting, Advanced Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) -Y14.5, Geometric Tolerancing Applications and Tolerance Stacks, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing Fundamentals, all from ASME (The American Society of Mechanical Engineers).

Moreover, Oytun Kiricioglu holds certifications in Statistical Process Control (SPC) from AGC Consulting and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) from Bureau Veritas Group, which were obtained in previous years. In 2015, they acquired certifications in Advanced Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) from ASME (The American Society of Mechanical Engineers) and Manufacturing Leadership from J.H. Berk and Associates. Oytun also completed the Effective People Management program from Management Centre Türkiye (MCT) in 2014, Behavior Oriented Safety Management from FNSS Savunma Sistemleri A.Ş. in 2011, and Communication for High Performance Teams from Management Centre Türkiye (MCT) in 2011.
