Debo'rah Edgar has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Debo'rah recently joined Joby Aviation in February 2022 as a Recruiter. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2022, they worked as a Senior Sourcing Specialist at QRQ CONSULTING GROUP. At CLEAR (clearme.com), they held the position of HR Consultant/Recruiter from 2014 to 2018. Debo'rah was responsible for implementing new leadership recruiting programs and managing executive search engagements. From 2008 to 2014, they worked for the United States Department of Defense (Subcontractor) as an HR Consultant/Recruiter, leading a team and conducting research for federal contractor roles. Lastly, they worked at American Airlines from 1997 to 2008 as a Recruiter/Flight Service Manager, where they collaborated with different departments to fulfill requisitions and supervised a large number of employees.

Debo'rah Edgar completed their education history with a Teachers Certification in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching from California State University-Dominguez Hills in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science - MS degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Troy University in 2003. Their undergraduate studies include a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Economics from the State University of New York at Old Westbury in 1995. Additionally, they earned the ISO 9001 Lead Auditor - Quality Certification from Exemplar Global, Inc. in February 2018.
