Sanju Rizal possesses diverse experience in human resources and warehouse operations, currently serving as a Warehouse Assistant at jobvalley since September 2022. Prior to this role, Sanju held the position of Senior Human Resources Officer at Everest Aero Services Pvt. Ltd., where responsibilities included recruitment, payroll and benefit administration, training and development, and performance management. Sanju's HR career began as a Human Resources Officer at Sagar Group Nepal, focusing on recruitment, performance appraisal, training and development, policy formulation, and strategic planning, utilizing HRIS software Odoo ERP. Additionally, experience includes an internship in sales and marketing at Chaudhary Group. Sanju is pursuing dual master's degrees in International Management and Information System at Fachhochschule Südwestfalen and in Distribution Network Design and Transport Optimization at Fontys Venlo University of Applied Sciences, and holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Tribhuvan University.
