Hector Ponce has a diverse work experience. From 2022 to present, they have been the Director of Business Development at JobTread Software. From 2018 to present, they have held multiple roles at Hyphen Solutions, including National Account Manager - Software (SaaS) Sales, Area Sales - Software as a Service / Cloud Solutions, and Business Development Representative. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Staff Soccer Coach for the Olympic Development Program. Hector was also a College Recruiting Advisor for STUDENTathleteWorld from 2016 to 2018, a Cashier for Total Wine & More from 2015 to 2018, a Sales Consultant for Office Depot from 2015 to 2018, an Optometrist Assistant for Eyeland Village from 2015 to 2018, and a Logistics Coordinator for Dependable Auto Shippers from 2014 to 2018.

Hector Ponce attended Red Oak High School from 2009 to 2013 and then went on to study Kinesiology and Exercise Science at the University of North Texas from 2013 to 2018. Hector also obtained two certifications, an Amazon AWS Business Professional from Amazon in September 2018 and a Salesforce certification from Salesforce in August 2018.
