Max Besser has worked for three companies in their career. Max began at Siemens in 2015 as a Business Administration & Controlling employee. In 2021, they moved to Institut für Soziologie Johannes Gutenberg Universität Mainz, where they served as a Tutor: Einführung in das wissenschaftliche Arbeiten. Since 2022, they have been an Account Executive at JobTeaser.

Max Besser has attended Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz for their education. Max completed their Bachelor of Arts - BA in Soziologie and Wirtschaftswissenschaften in 2021 and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts - MA in Soziologie - Forschungspraxis & Praxisforschung, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
