Maëlys FEREC has worked in a variety of roles since 2016. Maëlys started as a Conseillère de vente at Le Vestiaire, followed by a Conseillère de vente (stagiaire) at Comptoir des Cotonniers. In 2017, they worked as an Assistante chef de produit at Laboratoires Juva Santé, followed by a Consumer Insights role at Mondelēz International in 2018. In 2019, they became a Chef de secteur at Bel, and they are currently an Account Manager at JobTeaser. In this role, they are responsible for managing the career part of the intranets of over 700 business schools, engineering schools, IAEs, and universities in France and Europe. Maëlys assists companies with recruitment of young talent, developing their employer brand and relationships with schools, and creating content.

Maëlys FEREC has a background in education that spans from 2010 to 2022. From 2010 to 2013, they attended Lycée Emilie de Breteuil, where they obtained a Baccalauréat général ES mention TB et européenne. From 2013 to 2015, they attended Lycée Hoche, where they studied CPGE ECE. From 2015 to 2019, they attended Grenoble Ecole de Management, where they studied Marketing. In 2018, they also attended the University of Alberta, where they took Cours de MBA - marketing et SMO. In June 2022, they obtained a Formation à la Négociation raisonnée (stratégie des gains mutuels) selon la méthode Harvard certification from A.V.E. International.
