Lorena Rodríguez Díez has extensive work experience, beginning in 2006 with AEGEE as a Board Member and Treasury. In 2013, they held positions with ACCIONA as a Back Office Employee & Operational Assistance, Modern Debt International as Salesforce Support, and adidas Group as an International Customer Service Manager. In 2016, they were a Research Analyst with IHS. In 2017, they were a Corporate Relations Coordinator with CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education, where they managed corporate key accounts and relations with non-profit organizations. Since 2018, they have been with JobTeaser, working as a Senior Customer Success Manager, Regional Key Account Manager, and Key Account Manager.

Lorena Rodríguez Díez began their educational journey in 2003, when they started studying Business Administration and Management, General at Universitat d'Alacant. Lorena completed their studies in 2007. In 2008, they attended Solent University to study Commercial Law, but did not receive a degree. From 2007 to 2012, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in European Law from Universitat d'Alacant. In 2012, they were granted a Research Scholarship from Universitá degli studi del Piemonte Orientale- Novara, Italy, where they studied International Law and Legal Studies. Finally, from 2014 to 2015, they attended Maastricht University, where they obtained a Globalisation and Law: specialisation International Trade and Investment Law in the field of International Business, Trade, and Tax Law.
